Three large self-catered studios boasting stellar sea views are now part of our selection of shoreside stays and available to book on our website.
Plus, to welcome you to the SeaSpace community, we’re offering our Beach Retreats tribe free padel sessions for you and the family throughout your stay when you book directly with us.
About SeaSpace
Bringing the freedom of self-catered stays to the perks of a hotel, discover a new way to stay and play on Newquay’s east cliffs.
Complete with a fully equipped gym, Atlantic facing art-deco 19 metre pool, a five court Padel club and fresh-on-the-scene food and drink (including a 24 hour self-service larder).
BOOK A SEASPACE STUDIO
Book into one of three Large Studios and unwind with a superking-size bed, fully-equipped kitchen & open-plan living area. All set for coastal adventures or workcations with a view. Each studio welcomes up to two furry friends.
All three of our studios are identical and will be assigned by front desk at the time of booking, a bit like a hotel room. If one is fully booked, check the other two for more availability.
FREE PADEL
To welcome you to the SeaSpace community, we’re offering free Padel sessions for you and your family when you book one of the studios directly with Beach Retreats. Enjoy up to one week’s worth of Padel during your stay.
Get stuck into the sport that’s taking Europe by storm at SeaSpace’s Padel tennis club with five courts, including two retractable roofs and Cornwall’s first singles court. Suitable for all levels and everyone five years and older, enjoy a game whatever the weather.

TWO FREE NIGHTS
Stay a little longer by the shore during the winter months, with two free nights from November to the end of March (excluding school holidays).
When you book a three or five night stay in a SeaSpace studio, stay for two extra nights, free of charge. Try a few more surf lessons, walk further along the coast path, or use the extra time to simply chill out by the pool.
