    Where is it?

    12 Beach House is a contemporary two-bedroom second floor apartment just moments from the sandy shores of Porth beach.

    When children draw a seaside scene, they draw Porth. Streams, rockpools and caves beg to be explored, whilst a sweep of beach provides ample terrain for sandcastle building and sand-fairy making. Families, adventurers and explorers of all ages will lose hour after happy hour here.

    A narrow wooden footbridge leads to Porth Island, a headland full of history. Watch in awe at mid tide, particularly on windy days, as the blow hole shoots rainbow sprays of water. Embrace the theatre of Porth Island any time of day or all year round, just wrap up warm and bring a camera to capture dramatic sunrises and storms alike.

    Back down on the beach, melted strawberry ice cream drips down sides of candy cones and sizzling tapas is served at Porth's beachside eateries. Once you've soaked up the Porth scene, try heading towards Newquay's bays, up the coast path to Whipsiderry and Watergate, or towards the rolling cliffs of Mawgan Porth and Bedruthan Steps.

    • A stylish and modern apartment situated in a development right by Porth beach.
    • Light and spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
    • Living space features a large sofa, chair, footstool, 43 inch TV with Netflix and bi folding doors leading out to the balcony to the rear of the property, with pretty wildflowers outside.
    • Dining space with a table and four chairs.
    • Kitchen features an electric oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a breakfast bar with two stools.
    • Cot and highchair available.

    Sleeping:

    • Master bedroom features a double bed, freestanding wardrobe, two bedside tables and an ensuite with rainfall shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC.
    • Second bedroom features a super king sized zip and link bed (can be made into two singles), freestanding wardrobe and two bedside tables.
    • Family bathroom features a bath with shower overhead, heated towel rail, basin and WC.

    Outside:

    • Rear balcony accessible from the open plan living space features a bistro table and chairs.
    • Communal entrance with intercom.
    • Access to the apartment is by stairs or a lift that serves all upper floors.
    • Designated parking space for one car outside the apartment.
  • Need to Know
    • Located on the second floor with lift access. 
    • Property situated at the back of the development. 
    • Sorry, no smoking within the apartment or anywhere on the premises. 
    • One well behaved dog is welcome (additional charge applies).
    • Cautionary deposit of £150, due with full balance.  
    • Short breaks available outside of school holidays.
    • Please note that there is a seasonal dog ban between 10am and 6pm from 1 July to 31 August on Porth Beach

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 12 Beach house, we didn't really want to leave. The apartment is very well equipped and plenty big enough for 4 adults, it's in a perfect position. We loved our early morning walks on the beach, short walks to the local pub and surrounding area, the local cafe is also an asset. We would definitely stay there again and are looking at booking for next year.

We enjoyed the nearby coastal walks and views of the area as well as the proximity of shops, restaurants and cafes. ‘Gwenna’ was a favourite cafeteria on the doorstep with delicious breakfasts,lunches and afternoon tea. We would highly recommend the Beach House.
