Where is it?
2 The Beach is an apartment in a contemporary development perched high on the cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Porthtowan beach. A private footpath leads directly onto the golden sand below- it is as though the beach is your own front garden.
Porthtowan sits at the foot of high cliffs on north Cornwall's rugged coast. The village has a lovely relaxed, off-the-beaten-path feel, with a very pretty sandy beach backed by cliffs. There's a handful of cafes, pubs and restaurants, plus surf hire and lessons and great walks to neighbouring beaches along the coast path to keep you busy.
The beautiful St Agnes is accessible by foot on the South West Coast Path or a short drive away. Here you will also find plenty of places to eat out and enjoy an evening cocktail on the beach.

- Please note, 2, The Beach is accessed from the carpark by 63 steps, so may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
- Sorry, no smoking within the property.
- 1 well behaved dog welcome (additional charge applies).
- Please note that there is a seasonal dog ban from 10am and 6pm from 15th May until 30th September on Porthtowan Beach.
- Cautionary deposit of £250, due with full balance.
