Where is it?
Sandy Toes is part of The Beach, a contemporary development perched high on the cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Porthtowan beach. Guests can enjoy the private footpath that leads directly onto the golden sand below.
Porthtowan sits at the foot of high cliffs on north Cornwall's rugged coast. The village has a lovely relaxed, off-the-beaten-path feel, with a very pretty sandy beach backed by cliffs. There's a handful of cafes, pubs and restaurants, plus surf hire and lessons and great walks to neighbouring beaches along the coast path to keep you busy.
The beautiful St Agnes is accessible by foot on the South West Coast Path or a short drive away. Here you will also find plenty of places to eat out and enjoy an evening tipple on the beach.

- Secure surf store for boards, beach toys etc.
- Communal outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day on the beach.

- Please note, Sandy Toes is accessed from the carpark down 63 steps, so may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
- Two well behaved dogs welcome (additional charge applies).
- Please note that there is a seasonal dog ban from 10am and 6pm from 15th May until 30th September on Porthtowan Beach.
- Sorry, no smoking within the property.
- Cautionary deposit of £250, due with full balance.

"We loved our stay at Sandy Toes..the property is very comfortable throughout & very well equipped with practically everything you may need for a weeks break.
The views from the terrace,balcony & bedrooms are to die for & we spent a lot of our time just watching the surfers in the bay.
The beach is literally 20 steps down from the property & is very clean,spacious (at low tide) & has lifeguards on duty every day in the main season.Blue Bar,a cafe,ice cream shop & a surf shop are 5 mins walk across the beach & I can highly recommend all of them.
All in all we had the best week staying here & will definitely be considering a return visit in the future"
