On 29^th November our MD Andy attended the British Travel Awards in Battersea, London, where we came away with the prestigious title of Best Small Company for UK Holiday Home Rentals.

Voted for by guests, the British Travel Awards hosts the largest consumer poll for leisure travel in the world, to determine the best holiday companies in the industry.

It was clear from the feedback given that the exceptional service we offer before, during and after a holiday is one of the many reasons our guests love staying with us. After all, 53% of our bookings come from repeat customers, a testament to our dedication towards our guests and owners.

Here are some of the things we do to enhance our guests’ experience, and ultimately drive bookings for our owners….

• We come from humble beginnings, and we are a local, family-owned agency which cares  for its guests and owners. 
• We help our guests with everything from being locked out to helping navigate road works, and from dropping off an extra towel to returning the teddy bear that was left behind. 
• We look after our owners with always-there support, covering health and safety and compliance, pricing and occupancy guidance, décor and furnishings or any other aspect of holiday letting.
