This includes a series of countdown emails sharing everything from where to pre-order their food, which local restaurants to book, coastal themed inspiration from the blog and practical information for their upcoming stay.

DIGITAL GUEST GUIDE

Our new digital guest guide allows guests to access holiday, location and property information before their stay, out and about and offline (overcoming poor signal/Wi-Fi).

The guide includes 500 things to do from where they can walk to from the property, local events, tide times, weather, information on local businesses and much more.

GUEST FEEDBACK

On arrival, guests receive a ‘pulse’ survey allowing us to remedy any issues immediately.

We issue also issue a post stay survey that covers everything from the booking experience, the property’s condition, cleanliness, whether they would book again and recommend us and their local recommendations and favourite places.

Feedback is communicated directly with you. This ensures you get first-hand insight on how guests enjoy their property, as well as make suggestions, based on this feedback for possible improvements or upgrades.
