Where is it?
Artists House is perfectly located in the centre of Fowey, a pretty fishing village on Cornwall's south coast. The bustling port is filled to the brim with quirky shops, waterside restaurants and pubs, magnificent views and a harbour where guests can watch the fishermen pull in their daily catch.
Take a ferry trip over the water to nearby Polruan. Stroll past huddled houses as you wander through the winding streets. Strike out on the coast path to Gribbin Head, the inspiration to Daphne Du Maurier's novels. You'll pass beaches, coves, woodlands and grassland rich in wildflowers.
There are nine beaches in and around Fowey to choose from, the closest being Readymoney Cove, Whitehouse beach, Polkerris Cove and Polruan (the ferry route).

- Two well behaved dogs welcome.
- Check in is from 5pm, and guests are asked to depart before 9am due to additional cleaning measures.
- Sorry, no smoking within the property.
- Cautionary deposit of £300, due with full balance.
- Short breaks available outside of school holidays.
