    Where is it?

    Tucked away on a private road, the beautifully designed Dragon House is a luxurious four-bedroom, detached property with rural and partial sea views, a five minute walk from the sand.

    Mawgan Porth is a beach that gets it just right- a stretch of white sand, a swirling ocean and a handful of tasty eateries. Little feet can splash about in the trickling river and leave tiny footprints on the sand, perhaps joined by pawprints (as the beach is dog friendly all year round).

    The beachfront street is dotted with shops, cafes and an activity centre, King Surf. Try your hand at mastering the waves or let off steam at the seasonal crazy golf and pitch and putt course, based near a historic Iron Age site.

    If you fancy stretching your legs, take the steady amble up the South West coast path towards neighbouring Watergate Bay or Bedruthan Steps, where you can soak up spectacular panoramas. Padstow is a little further afield, 20 minutes away by car.

    • Balcony accessible through sliding doors in dining and living areas.
    • Fully equipped kitchen with American style fridge/freezer, Neff oven, combination microwave/oven and warming drawer, induction hob and cooker hood, drinks fridge.
    • Large utility and boot room with washing machine, tumble dryer, and sink.
    • Wi-fi.

    Sleeping:

    • Four bedrooms, sleeping 8-10 on the ground floor all with beautiful countryside views.
    • Master bedroom with super king bed, chest of drawers, clothing rail, bedside tables and en-suite with WC, basin, automatic light mirrors, heated towel rail and rainfall shower.
    • Bedroom two with zip and link super king bed, chest of drawers, clothing rail, bedside tables and option of two pull-out beds.

    • Dining table and chairs perfect for alfresco dining. The furniture is made out of 100% recycled plastic using old water bottles, plastic bottle tops and plastic bags.
