    Where is it?

    Porthtowan sits at the foot of high cliffs on the north coast of Cornwall, not far from the arguably better known St Agnes. The village has a lovely relaxed, off-the-beaten-path feel, with a very pretty sandy beach backed by dunes. There's a handful of cafes, pubs and restaurants, plus surf hire and lessons and great walks to neighbouring beaches along the coast path to keep you busy.

    • A beautifully finished apartment with a light, roomy feel.
    • Almost full-width windows which include patio doors onto the large balcony, providing stunning sea views.
    • Tucked away in an almost traffic-free location.
    • Living area with double sofa-bed, wall-hung widescreen television with Freeview package and patio doors opening onto the balcony.
    • Dining area with table and four chairs.
    • Kitchen area with ceramic hob, oven, extractor, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, dishwasher, wine fridge, standard fridge and freezer.
    • Utility cupboard in hallway with washer/dryer.
    • Underfloor heating and Wi-Fi throughout.
    • Iron, ironing board, hairdryer, selection of books and games.

    Sleeping:

    • Bedroom with kingsize bed, wardrobe, two floor-to-ceiling windows with sea views and patio door opening onto the balcony.
    • Double sofa-bed in the living area.
    • Bathroom with shower over the bath, WC, basin and heated towel rail.

    Outside:

    • Balcony with fantastic views over the bay.
    • Designated off road parking for 1 car.
    • Secure 'surf' store for boards, beach toys etc.

  • Need to Know
    • Please note, 3, The Beach is accessed from the car park by 63 steps, so may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
    • Sorry, no pets.
    • Cautionary deposit of £150, due with full balance.
    • Short breaks available after 1st Friday in November until Easter only (excluding half terms and school holidays).
    • Please note works to The Beach development are due to start on 6th January 2025 for a period of 4 to 8 weeks. The work is to repair the balconies of apartments 9 and 10. Please contact us for the most up to date information.
