    Levan is situated just moments from the shoreline of Watergate bay.

It's all part and parcel of Watergate Bay, the adrenalin junkie's paradise which embodies the spirit of the North Cornwall coast.

    Scarlet sunsets set the sky alight as you dine in the swanky beachfront eateries or sip a warming hot chocolate on the sand. Watergate's two miles of sand are popular with families, couples and dogs alongside surfers and thrill seekers. Stride out on a long ramble or short jaunt along the coast path, with nearby walks to Newquay's seven bays or Mawgan Porth.

    Plunge into watersports lessons with Wavehunters, where you can try your hand at surfing, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding and kite surfing. The beach is exposed to incoming swell from the Atlantic, making it an excellent place for watersports.

"A gorgeous property situated right next to one of Cornwall's best beaches. Roomy and well decorated with everything you need for a great stay. We loved walking down to the beach every day then returning to our cosy home to admire the view from the patio. Excellent parking facilities and close to lovely towns like Padstow. Coastal path on our doorstep meant we could walk along to other stunning beaches as well.
