  • Only one entry per person. All duplicates will be discredited.
  • Stay between 03 October 2024 and 20 April 2025 (subject to the property’s specific arrival day, excluding school holiday weeks defined by Beach Retreats and subject to availability).
  • The properties at The Village sleep up to 10 guests and welcome up to two dogs. The party details need to be provided and the party size is not to exceed this.
  • Beach Retreats booking terms and conditions apply.
  • The winner must confirm acceptance within 72 hours, should they not accept in time a new winner will be selected at random.
  • The prizes are as stated on the competition webpage and are subject to availability.
  • If due to circumstances beyond their control, Beach Retreats, St Eval and Leach Pottery are unable to provide the stated prize(s), they reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
